  • Collaborated in post-acquisition integration teams executing the merger of two Government contractors, including assessing business processes and controls, calculating post-merger indirect cost rates, planning contract novations, and developing systems, policies, and procedures
  • Participated in M&A teams performing due diligence on Government contractors, including participating in conference calls with bankers and venture capital firms.  Developed methodology for re-forecasting project Estimates-at-Completion to validate targets’ claimed revenue, margins, and profit.
